One of Singapore’s premier multi-partner loyalty programs, boasting millions of members and over a thousand participating partner outlets, offering instant redemption, online rewards, and innovative redemption promotions.

Our Creative Director collaborated closely with the Link team to redesign the NTUC Plus brand identity, subsequently leading the design of NTUC’s flagship Plus mobile app. Adopting a user-centric design approach, the B2C membership and loyalty mobile app endeavors to deliver an exceptional online experience.

  • Collaborative workshops to gather inputs from stakeholders and customers to understand what that is important to them in order to redefine Plus brand
  • Partnering with different external and internal teams to create cohesive marketing synergy of the loyalty point system of the Plus Rewards Programme (Plus Points)
  • Designing with digital in mind, we consider traditional branding and digital design during early design stage
  • A bold new look for NTUC Plus and created success stories internally
