The team redesigned NTUC Plus brand identity that led the design of NTUC’s flagship Plus mobile app. With an user-centric design approach, the B2C membership and loyalty mobile app aims to bring great online experience.
- Conducted workshop to gather inputs from stakeholders and customers to understand what that is important to them in order to redefine Plus brand
