Project Highlights

In collaboration with Singapore Land (SingLand), a leading real estate entity listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, we embarked on a comprehensive project aimed at redefining the tenant and building management experience from the ground up.

Our journey commenced with an extensive user discovery phase, as SingLand prioritized a solution centered around its tenants and building management. Employing a mix of research methodologies, we gathered invaluable insights from users, which translated into our digital product design. User involvement remained integral throughout the iterative design process.

This longitudinal project was crafted with the overarching goal of enhancing user experience by digitizing complex building management workflows. Leveraging our expertise, we engineered a bespoke management system that seamlessly integrates various hardware and software solutions. This project was successfully deployed at SingLand’s flagship commercial building situated in Singapore’s bustling central business district.

  • Conducted series of stakeholders workshop and interviews to gather requirements
  • User personas and journey maps were developed to chart various touchpoints
  • Created a functional Proof-of-Concept to validate with users and iterating the design
  • Integration with other hardware vendors such as lift, turnstile and carpark operators
  • Delivered a building management system that includes a mobile app, tenant manager and building management dashboard as well as a self-registration kiosk
  • Collaterals design such as user manuals, marketing communication and conducted trainings
