At Greydient Lab, design has always been more than just aesthetics or creating digital products. Design is about thinking, problem-solving, and creating meaningful impact. Over the years, we have had the opportunity to work with companies, startups, and institutions across different countries, and one thing has always been clear — the future of innovation and value creation depends on design as a differentiator.

That is why we started the Greydient Design Bursary. It is our way of supporting aspiring designers early in their journey — not just financially, but also in their professional and personal growth.

Why We Started This Bursary

Many talented students want to pursue design, but the path is not always easy. Education can be expensive, opportunities are unevenly distributed, and many students lack access to real industry exposure.

We believe talent should not be limited by circumstance. Sometimes, all someone needs is a small push, an opportunity, or someone who believes in them early on. The Greydient Design Bursary was created to be that motivation. It is not just about sponsorship, but also mentorship, exposure, and opening doors into the design industry.

Piloting It in Thailand

The Greydient Design Bursary will first be piloted in Thailand, where we see many passionate and talented young designers with strong potential. This pilot program will allow us to refine the structure, mentorship, and support system before possibly expanding the bursary to more countries in the future.

What the Greydient Design Bursary Provides

Selected recipients of the Greydient Design Bursary will receive:

• University tuition fee sponsorship

• Guaranteed paid internship opportunity with Greydient Lab

• Industry exposure and mentorship

• Real project experience working with a regional team

This combination is important because education alone is not enough. Growth happens when learning meets real-world experience, with practical exposure to real design work, real clients, and real challenges.
