Grounded in a WCAG-informed usability review and a full UX audit, this work helps strengthen a national digital platform designed to guide small businesses through their digital transformation journey. Our focus was on simplifying complexity, improving the information architecture, interaction patterns, and overall clarity of the experience so that users can confidently find what they need.

We also built a scalable design system that supports the internal team in maintaining and growing the platform. It ensures the site stays accessible, consistent, and easy to update as needs evolve.
